Launching now in Forsyth County and nearby
Your times. Your level. Paired.
Flex leagues are great until the scheduling starts. On PlayPaired you enter when you can play, and we pair you with a nearby player at your level who is free then too. The match is booked; you just show up.

Flex leagues are great until the scheduling starts. PlayPaired takes that part off your hands.
The usual flex league
- You get a list of opponents and a deadline.
- You text. You wait. You text again.
- "Does Thursday work?" goes back and forth for a week.
- The match gets squeezed in at the deadline, or it never happens.
PlayPaired
- You enter the times you are free.
- We pair you with a player at your level, nearby, who is free too.
- You both say yes, and it is booked.
- You show up and play.
Three steps. The middle one is ours.
You say when
Pick single dates, days that repeat every week, or both. Change them whenever your week changes. We never book outside the time you offered.
We pair you up
Several times an hour we pair you with a player of similar rating, whose home court is close to yours, who is free at the same time. You both confirm, and it is on your calendar.
You play
Meet at the court, play, and enter the score. Standings and ratings update on their own.
A real league, without the homework
Paired at your level
A rating for each sport on the scale you already know, with a plain reason every time it moves. New players settle to the right level quickly.
Close to home
We pair you with players whose home court is within 10 miles of yours. Every match shows how far the court is from your home court.
Tennis and pickleball
Play one or both from the same account. One calendar shows everything you have booked, so you are never double booked.
It still counts
Rounds and standings, so every match means something. Play as much or as little as your weeks allow.
Nothing to download
PlayPaired runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
A forecast on your match
Matches in the coming week show the expected temperature and sky for the hour you play.
Where we are
Forsyth County first. Then wherever you play.
PlayPaired is starting close to home, in and around Forsyth County, Georgia, and growing from there one town at a time. The more players who sign up near a court, the sooner it opens. Where we go next is up to you.
Inside Forsyth County
Choose a home court within 10 miles of Cumming and you are in the pool today.
Just outside
Join anyway and pick your court. You are first on the list for your area, and we email you the moment enough players near you have signed up.
Bring your people
Every player you bring is one more person we can pair you with. Send your link by text or email from inside the app, in two taps.
Built so people show up
A booked match should be a played match. The rules are short, and they are the same for everyone.
- 48 hoursis the least notice you get for any match, and nothing is booked until you both say yes.
- 20 minuteslate and your opponent can record a no-show. They get the win.
- 3 strikesfor no-shows or last-minute cancels and a player is out of the round.
- 5 starsAfter each match you rate your opponent: on time, fair calls, good company.
Good questions
What does it cost?
PlayPaired is free during the beta. It is for players 18 and over.
Where can I play?
PlayPaired is launching in Forsyth County, Georgia, and the towns around it. You choose a home court from our list of local parks and neighborhood courts, and you can ask for yours to be added. Your opponents are players whose home court is within 10 miles of yours.
I am outside Forsyth County. Can I still join?
Yes, and please do. Sign up, pick or add your home court, and you are first in line for your area. We open it the moment enough players near you have signed up, and we email you when it happens. The fastest way to get there is to invite the people you already play with.
How do I invite friends?
Once you are signed in, Invite friends gives you a personal link and sends it by text, email or your phone's share sheet. Every friend who joins near you is one more player we can pair you with.
Does PlayPaired reserve the court?
No. Courts are the players' responsibility. The host makes sure the court can be used, and you can keep a backup court for the days your home court is full.
I am not sure of my level. Can I still join?
Yes. You pick the level that sounds like you and answer a few quick questions. Your first matches move your rating faster than normal, so a start that is too low or too high corrects itself.
Who will I play?
We pair you with someone at your level whose home court is close to yours. Men are paired with men, and women with women.
Is there doubles?
Yes. Form a team with a partner who is on PlayPaired (doubles is same sex, mixed is one man and one woman), and the team joins its own round. Your team is paired with another team when you are both free, and either of you can answer a proposal or enter a score. Singles and doubles run side by side.
